Elizabeth Davis, AMFT/APCC

As a therapist, my mission is to empower individuals to lead authentic lives, fostering a safe environment where they can explore their stories and overcome past traumas. With empathy and dedication, I guide my clients towards meaning and wholeness, emphasizing the importance of building a strong therapeutic alliance.

I earned my Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University, where I honed my skills in providing honest and compassionate support to clients. Prior to this, I completed my undergraduate studies at The Ohio State University, graduating with a degree in Health Sciences and a minor in Pharmaceutical Sciences.

Over the past 1.5 years, I've had the privilege of working with adolescents, individuals, and couples, witnessing the transformative power of therapy firsthand. My passion for holistic health drives my sessions, as I strive to integrate mind, body, and spirit in the pursuit of fulfillment and healing.

If you're seeking a therapist who is committed to your growth and well-being, I'm here to support you on your journey to a fulfilling life.

Talk to yourself like someone you love”.

—Brene Brown

Navigating change and seeking help can be challenging endeavors. If you've found your way here, it indicates that you're considering taking that courageous step and likely have questions about what therapy entails.

My approach revolves around creating a nurturing, non-judgmental space where growth can flourish. Together, we'll embark on a journey of self-discovery, unraveling the layers of your past and understanding your patterns. I view you as a whole person, and I recognize the importance of treating every aspect of your being with compassion. I firmly believe that healing begins with embracing all parts of ourselves and striving to live authentically.

During a phone consultation, we'll have the opportunity to discuss your needs and goals, and you can gain insight into my therapeutic approach. If it turns out that I'm not the right fit for you, I'm more than happy to provide referrals to other resources that may better suit your needs.
